Brand marketing systems.

Scaling luxury real estate marketing through cohesive brand systems.

Project overview.

Marlowe Luxury Estates offered branded marketing tools, but inconsistent use and poor structure hindered a cohesive visual identity. Marketing quality varied and brand assets were underused. This project created a scalable system, including templates, brand standards, and support resources, so advisors can produce polished, on-brand materials more efficiently.

Project goals.

  • Luxury real estate business cards showing front and back stacks on a premium background

    Establishing brand consistency

Clear visual standards keep advisor marketing materials consistent for a luxury brand.

  • Buyer's Guide for real estate brochure cover on concrete background

    Streamlining content creation

Structured templates make it easy for advisors to quickly create uniform, polished materials.

  • Luxury real estate open house flyer open on tablet and agent digital business card open on phone

    Flexible template systems

Adaptable template systems allow materials to scale across formats while maintaining brand integrity.

The challenge.

Advisors had access to branded marketing materials, but the absence of a structured system made it difficult to maintain consistency across client-facing communications.

  • Marketing materials varied in layout, typography, and overall visual quality

  • Advisors relied on manual customization, creating inefficiencies and inconsistent outputs

  • Existing resources lacked standardized structure and scalable usability across formats

  • Marketing support processes were difficult to maintain efficiently as content needs expanded

Projected impact.

  • 100% brand consistency across advisor materials

  • Reduced asset production time by 30% to 50%

  • Faster onboarding of new clients

  • Increased adoption of marketing tools

Design approach.

Defined the visual direction, audience tone, and premium brand attributes for all marketing touch points.

Brand system deliverables.

To maintain brand consistency while enabling agent self-service, a controlled Canva brand system was developed. The system included prebuilt templates, locked brand styles, approved imagery, and role-based permissions, allowing teams to create marketing materials quickly while preserving the firm’s luxury identity.

  • Luxury real estate open house flyers

    Marketing templates

Property feature sheets, listing brochures, open house flyers, and property presentation layouts

  • Suite of social media templates for luxury real estate brand

    Social media suite

New listing posts, just listed/just sold graphics, property highlight posts, market update templates

  • Buyer's Guide client brochure for luxury real estate market open page spread showing the buying process and a real estate team

    Client materials

Buyer’s guide, seller presentation, listing presentation, client process documents

Template system implementation.

  • Locked templates

Key elements locked in Canva so only text and images can be edited; modular components let non-designers rearrange sections while preserving hierarchy and spacing.

  • Usage guidance

One-page cheat sheet including tone, template use, image selection, CTAs; plus in-template notes on spacing, contrast, accessibility, and brand voice.

  • Training

30–45 min workshops on safe template use and content customization; request queue for design-team changes to reduce ad-hoc edits.

Outcome and impact.

Within 5 months of implementation:

100% uniform brand consistency across all advisor marketing materials.

40% faster onboarding of new clients as a result of quicker content creation.

This project shows the value of designing scalable systems over individual assets. A flexible Canva template library and simplified workflows allow advisors to create brand-compliant, high-quality marketing independently to improve efficiency, increase property marketing, and support sustainable growth.
